I came to United States in 1992 from Ukraine. Before I move to Florida I lived in Framingham, MA near Boston where I was holding managers position in apartment complex and ran a successful remodeling business. After visiting Florida a few times for a vacation I fell in love with the ocean, weather and green trees year round. I moved to Ormond Beach in 1998 and in 1999 I started to work as an Real Estate Agent. In one year I became one of the Top Producers in the office I was working.

Moved by desire to grow and expend in my business I became a Multi-Million dollar Producing Agent and ranked as one of the Top 100 RE/MAX Agents in Florida during second year of my Real Estate carrier and still keeping that position. Real Estate is my passion, I love to help people to make a wise choice in buying their own home or invest in Real Estate. My business mostly grew by referrals from my customers and as a result this year I had 187 closed transactions. I live in Ormond By-the-Sea and have two sons: Dmitry - 19, and Jimmy - 11 years old. We love to spend time boating, fishing or playing at the Beach. We are only short drive away from Disney World, Sea World and all that Orlando has to offer. Saint Augustine and Jacksonville is another great areas we love to visit and come back home to our quite, family-friendly area. Daytona Beach as well has a lot of activities and events to enjoy throughout the year. If you have kids, we have great schools and collages with a low tuition for residents.
